To cook or to order in, that is the question.
It was a long day and now youāre faced with the eternal question: should you muster the strength to cook, or should you just order in tonight?
First let me say this: there is nothing wrong with a takeout night (we have them from time to time). But if you find yourself getting takeaway more often than not, itās time to realize what the issue really isā¦you didnāt have a plan for dinner, so youāre forced to make last minute decisions.
Having a meal plan takes away the decision fatigue of figuring out dinner. And guess what ā planning to make your takeaway favorites at home is possible! So today Iām sharing a few plant-based twists on takeout favorites to curb your cravingsā¦and spare your wallet from always ordering in.

DID YOU KNOW? š§

It's true: The health benefits of a home-cooked meal outweigh almost any other method of eating, no matter the recipe. Hereās why: you control the ingredients you cook with, you can better manage portion control, youāll eat more variety, and cooking boosts your sense of purpose and pleasure*. (source)
