Here's where to start with eating plant-based

Pick one recipe and master it, then rinse and repeat

I hear from so many plant-curious eaters that they’d love to eat more plant-based meals, but they don’t know where to start.

If this is you, here’s what to do: choose a recipe, buy the ingredients, follow the recipe, and enjoy. Master that recipe by making it once per week, tweak it to your liking, and when you feel like you’ve got that recipe or technique down, move on and try another recipe.

Learning to plan, cook, and shop for plant-based ingredients is a skill just like any other – you must practice and take it one step at a time.
