It’s blisteringly hot, but guess what…it’s Saturday, and you’ve still gotta meal plan.
That’s why I created this hot weather meal plan to maximize cool foods with the early summer harvest. I even included a brand new recipe I can’t wait for you to try!

DID YOU KNOW? 🧐
Sweet, juicy peaches contain fiber and vitamins A and C. Peaches and nectarines are considered twins. The only difference between them is that a peach has fuzzy skin and a nectarine's skin is smooth. For a healthy picnic snack, pack some peaches in a cooler bag. They're easy to eat on the go! (source)
