Don’t want to go out in the heat, but feeling like a fancy meal at home for date night?
Tonight is date night in our house, so I’m rounding up my favorite summer date night dinner ideas that are not only packed with plants, but are perfect for two (or even just one if you’re planning a solo fancy meal).

A study published in the Journal of Social and Personal Relationships found that couples who had a regular date night reported higher commitment in their relationships. This study also found that date nights were associated with lower levels of stress and a higher quality of life. And even if you’re not coupled, having a solo date night can have the same life-improving impacts. (source)
