P.S. Today the newsletter is sponsored! As you know, I am very selective about brands I work with (I take a code of ethics as a dietitian), but I’m happy to share 1440 with you as it is a newsletter I open each morning for unbiased news (which is unfortunately hard to find these days). Clicking on sponsor links help keep me cooking up new recipes for you and it’s a simple way to support the work I do in this newsletter. Thank you and I appreciate you!

Tip of the day 💡

One of the simplest ways to start meal prepping is to spend 10 minutes after you get home from the grocery store to wash and prep your produce for the week. Washing your fruits and vegetables – and storing them properly – extends their shelf life, which means less wasted food (and wasted money).
