Are you a three square meals a day kind of person, or a grazer that likes to eat a little bit all day long?

I’m a little of both, depending on the day. Some days I’ll eat 2-3 bigger meals and forget to snack, but other days I love munching on a little of this and a little of that all day long. That’s why I love to prep a few easy snacks to have on hand for when my grazing craving hits!
