Your meal plan for next week is ready 👉

Here's your plant-based meal plan with July's most popular recipes

It’s Saturday, which means it’s the day my family creates our meal plan!

Today I’m sharing a plant-based weekly meal plan with you that uses the most popular recipes on my website in the month of July. You’ll see that fresh summer fruits, zucchini, and tomatoes are some of the most searched this month. I hope you enjoy!

P.S. Thank you so much to everyone who filled out the poll about what topic you’d like to learn next. I’m sharing the topic of the training at the bottom of this email, as well as a survey that would help me as I’m creating it. Thanks in advance for filling it out!

DID YOU KNOW? 🧐

It’s tomato season! Surprisingly, tomatoes haven't always been embraced with open arms. In the past, they were believed to be poisonous due to their relation to the deadly nightshade family. It wasn't until the 18th century that tomatoes started gaining popularity and were widely accepted as a safe and delicious addition to our plates. (source)

YOU ASKED FOR IT: MEAL PLANNING PLAYBOOK!

Thank you so much to everyone who filled out the poll I included in each daily email over the last week, the topic that won – with 67% of the votes – was meal planning.

This was actually great news to hear because I truly believe that my method of creating a weekly meal plan is life-changing. Yes, that may sound dramatic but taking 15 minutes each week to create a weekly meal plan completely revolutionizes how you run your kitchen. It streamlines shopping, reduces cooking time, helps reduce last minute unhealthy food decisions, and saves money (and who doesn’t want that?!).

I’ve started creating the training, Meal Planning Playbook, this weekend, but I’d LOVE if you’d answer this 1-question survey about exactly what you’re struggling with the most when it comes to planning your meals. This will help me make sure this is the best darn program about meal planning that exists (yup, I’m that confident in it).

I’M CURIOUS 🧐

I’d love it if you’d be a peach and take 3 minutes to fill out this short survey about your biggest struggles in the kitchen right now. If you do, you’ll receive a FREE meal plan that’s usually just available to my meal plan members. 👇
