RECOMMENDING: MY NEW FAVORITE COOKBOOK
Surprisingly, I’m not a big cookbook person. I have them, but I rarely cook from them…with the exception of a few. This new cookbook (just released this fall) has become what I call the “bible of vegan flavor”. So many amazing recipes, but also it dives deep into building really deep and delicious flavor with plants. Highly recommend!
