Want to eat more plants, but not sure where to start? Each week I share an example meal plan of what it looks like to eat a week’s worth of plant-based meals. This week I’m sharing the exactly recipes I’d eat if I was just starting out with eating more plant, to make it a simple yet tasty week to try out plant powered eating.

I’m not the kind of person to make my pantry aesthetically pleasing, but I will admit something inside me is happy when I open my cupboard doors and see these cute glass food containers with my dried and bulk items.

Breakfasts for the week 🥣

I alternate 1-2 breakfasts for weekdays

QUICK NUTRITION TIP 👇

I try to add a scoop of my favorite protein powder to any oatmeal bowls, chia seed puddings, overnights oats, etc. This increases your protein at the start of the day, keeps you more satisfied throughout the morning, and also reduces the chances of overeating later because you didn’t have a protein-packed and fiber-filled first meal of the day. (Also, I do not care when you eat breakfast/your first meal. I don’t think there’s a magical time to eat it, so just eat when you’re hungry. I often don’t eat breakfast until 10am, after I’ve been up for hours.)
