Prep ahead for zen morning meals

Prep these recipes the night before for breezy mornings

Let’s step into stress-free mornings.

Tell me this: was today’s Monday morning hectic? If your house is anything like mine, getting everyone up, fed, dressed, and out the door without stress (or complete child meltdowns) means it’s a rare unicorn morning.

But one thing that has helped our morning routine is prepping breakfast the night before.

I’ve learned – through much trial and error – that taking a few minutes to prep our morning meals at night before bed can save double the amount of time in the morning. And who couldn’t use an extra 20 minutes back each morning?

That’s why I’m sharing my favorite easy, prep-ahead breakfast recipes that are full of fiber, plant-based protein, and fats from whole foods – the nutrient trio that will keep you energized throughout your morning.

So you can have a zen Tuesday morning tomorrow.
