Do this every day to eat more plants 👉

Keep the '1% Better' motto in mind when you're feeling overwhelmed

Does planning and prepping (and cooking!) plant-based meals at home seem overwhelming to you?

Planning out your meals each week, shopping for ingredients, prepping meals and snacks to get ahead, and then spending time cooking each day can seem like…a lot.

And let’s not mince words here – it IS a lot, if you’re not in the habit of working a “kitchen system” each and every week.

While I’m a big fan of meal planning and meal prep (especially if you’re trying to change your eating habits, like eating more vegan meals), I rarely tell anyone to go all in overnight because trying to overhaul your diet AND your kitchen cooking habits at once is a huge undertaking.

Instead, my motto is to start incredibly small. Choose 1-2 very achievable goals each week (eat one plant-based meal, prep tomorrow’s snacks) and then build upon that, week after week.

1% better, every day. It all adds up over time.

ARE YOU READY TO GET 1% BETTER?

After developing and sharing 500+ recipes on my website over the years, I’ve realized that to finally go plant-based you don’t need to collect more recipes that you never actually make...what you need to know is how to put those plant-based recipes into a manageable weekly plan and learn how to get them on the table, without spending hours cooking each day.

So I’ve been building out what I believe it going to be the definitive program on plant-based meal planning and meal prep, which I will open up soon ONLY to those who have raised their virtual hand that they’re ready to start prepping plant-based meals at home.

DID YOU KNOW? 🧐

The earliest known depiction resembling a recipe in ancient Egyptian history is found in the tomb of Rekhmire, a nobleman who served as governor of Thebes around 1400 BCE. The depiction showcases scenes of food preparation, including the use of tiger nuts, a popular ingredient of the time, though the exact recipe remains uncertain. (source)
