One thing I know about you is that you love exploring new plant-recipes (and if you don’t, why are you even here?!).

But let me share one secret with you: all the recipe ideas in the world don’t do you any good if you don’t know how to put them into a meal plan.

That’s why I created this sample weekly plan of plant-based meals to show you exactly the kinds of meals me and my family eat each and every week.

Follow this to a T, or use it as a guide for the week ahead!

I alternate 1-2 breakfasts for weekdays, and 1 more indulgent for the weekend

The 2020 Food & Health Survey from the International Food Information Council revealed several insights into how Americans snack. About a quarter of Americans surveyed said they snacked multiple times a day, and one-third snacked at least once daily. Forty percent said they at least occasionally replaced meals by snacking (lunch being the meal most often replaced) and 25% sometimes skipped meals entirely. (source)
