Here's your Sunday meal prep plan 📝
Plus the many forms meal prep can take throughout your week
It’s Sunday, which means I’m sharing the perfect Sunday meal prep list to streamline meals and ingredients for the week ahead.
But I also want to share that meal prep doesn’t mean you have spend hours in the kitchen every Sunday. Instead, meal prep can take many forms:
Produce prep (15 minutes): washing and cutting produce after you shop to extend the life of your fruits and veggies
Snack and breakfast prep (15 minutes): packing up snacks into grab-and-go containers so you never get caught without food on busy mornings or when hunger strikes
Backup salad prep (15 minutes): this easy method means making a big “refrigerator salad” to have on hand for when life cuts into your daily dinner plans (it will inevitably happen)
Double ups (no extra time): making double the amount of dinner one night for lunch leftovers the next day, the next night’s dinner, or to freeze for the future
These are just some of the many ways you can incorporate prep into pockets of time throughout your week. Meal prep intimidates some people, but it’s not about perfection…it’s about just making life a little simpler for future you (because future you deserves it).

I am so excited about this program, it’s truly everything I’ve learned about meal planning and meal prep over the last 10 years. If you’re interested in being the first to know when the program is ready (and receiving extra special early pricing), get on the waitlist.

DID YOU KNOW? 🧐
Housemade condiments bring a number of major advantages to the table that their mass-produced counterparts often can’t touch. Control is a critical benefit for plant-based home cooks – you can fine-tune the mustard, pesto sauce or green goddess dressing you make to perfectly pair with the ingredients and cooking methods of individual dishes.
