Are you a collector of recipes you never actually make?
Be honest — are you here clicking on and saving plant-based recipes but never actually making them?
If you’re thinking, “Oh, she’s onto me,” then this message is for you: you will NEVER reach your goal of eating more plant-based meals if you don’t start TAKING ACTION.
That doesn’t mean you have to go completely vegan overnight (unless you want to). While looking up and saving recipes, downloading meal plans, buying cookbooks, and following plant-based influencers is great, here’s the hard truth…if you never actually try cooking vegan meals for yourself then you’re just wasting lots of mental energy (and lots of time).
If you feel called out, I get it – I was just like you at one point. I was “plant-curious” for years but I didn’t actually know where to start with plant-based eating (yup, me, a dietitian). But eventually I realized that the key to realizing my plant powered dreams was by planning and prepping my plant-based meals, even if that was starting small with vegan one meal.
👉 So today I’m sharing 10 easy peasy plant-based recipes and your homework this week is to pick one and actually make it. Then reply back and let me know how it goes.
