Sweet treats to prep for the week

Plant-based sweet treats to plan for the week

Plan for your sweet cravings too.

Yes, I’m a dietitian that is telling you you should plan to eat desserts. And you should plan them daily, if that’s what you want.

I’m a huge proponent of meal planning for many reasons, including that if you plan and shop for plant-based meals then you’re much more likely to eat them. But I also believe that having sweets and snacks on hand are key for when cravings hit, and that restriction doesn’t have a place in even a well-planned plant-based diet.

Eat mostly – or even completely – plant-based doesn’t mean you’re unrealistic about eating sweets. In fact, the options for vegan desserts are truly endless! That’s why I rounded up a few of my favorites to put on your meal plan this week.
