One of the most overblown worries that people have when transitioning to a plant-based diet is whether or not they will get enough protein. And I can tell you that after nearly five years of eating a completely plant-based diet, I almost NEVER worry about the amount of protein I’m eating.
But this is also because I’ve had five years of making plant-rich meals under my cooking tool belt, and now I know how to slip in a bit of extra plant protein here or there to power up my plant-based meals.
