This weekend I made 55 plant-based pumpkin cupcakes (recipe coming soon!) and had to buy 6 cans of pumpkin puree to make it happen. But did you know you can DIY it…in the Instant Pot?
Yup, you can take those decorative pumpkins out on your porch and turn them into puree in just a few simple (hands-off) steps. Plus I’m sharing my favorite ways to use it with pumpkin-filled recipes.
