Sunday night salads + bowls
Just kickstarting plant-based living? Make your Mondays free from meat
In our house, Sunday nights are for salads! So I’m here to lay a case for why Sunday nights should be saved for salads on your weekly meal plan.
We’ve found that after a long weekend of activities and eating out, saving Sunday nights for a big fat salad is a nice way to cap off the weekend with plants. And because we also make enough for Monday lunch the next day, we also start the week with a plant punch. Give it a try next Sunday!
