Prep ahead to win the week

Here's exactly what to prep for the week

If you’ve been around these parts for awhile, you know I’m not much of a meal prepper (who wants to spend all day Sunday cooking?). But I also love the feeling of having a few ready to go for busy mornings and last-minute dinner saviors.

That’s why I’m sharing a quick prep list of time-saving recipes you can easily batch ahead of time in under an hour. One hour spent today is worth 3 hours over the week!

DID YOU KNOW? 🧐

A recent study suggests there are significant relationships between spending more time on meal preparation and improved mental health and lower levels of stress. However, it also shows that people who spend more time on meal preparation also may feel higher stress related to feeling like they have less time. It’s important to realize that cooking at home does take more time, but that planning and prepping meals can significantly reduce the amount of time spent gathering and cooking food each day.
