Not sure where to start with plant-based eating? Choose one day a week to go meat-free...and there's no better day than Monday
Choose on day to go meat-free! The biggest hurdle to eating plant-based is just to start, so I always suggest to start with one day free from meat each week. Why not make it Mondays? I’ve gathered a few recipes that are perfect for plant-based newbies because they’re so ridiculously flavorful.
