RECOMMENDING: MY FAVORITE PROTEIN POWDER
I wasn’t much of a protein powder person until the last couple of years when I started eating a higher protein plant-based diet. The key for me is that is needs to be unsweetened, no flavors, no gum or other additives, and it needs to mix well with anything (in oats, in baked goods, in smoothies, in sauces, etc.). I’ve tried a ton of brands, and this protein powder is my favorite.

Take 20 minutes to prep a salad for easy lunches or a back-up meal (choose 1)

Take 10-15 minutes to prep grab-and-go snacks (choose 1-2)

Take 10-15 minutes to prep these DIY staple ingredients to have on hand (choose 1-2)
Make-ahead main dishes 🍲
