Happy St. Patricks Day! ☘️
Green is the hue of nature, vitality, growth, and renewal. It’s color evokes the approaching spring, as daylight extends and we look forward to vibrant season ahead…and all of the glorious plant foods that come along with it.
I loved curating this green-centric meal plan showcasing foods rich in antioxidants such as chlorophyll. Fill yourself with green today, and every day!

DID YOU KNOW? 🧐
Green plants have the ability to make their own food through a process called photosynthesis, which uses a green pigment called chlorophyll. Chlorophyll gives plants their green color because it does not absorb the green wavelengths of white light. That particular light wavelength is reflected from the plant, so it appears green. (source)
