Now consider everything you know how to cook today…you’ve built a lot of skills over the years! And it’s the same with plant-based cooking. You learn one plant powered meal, then another, and pretty soon you have a solid set of plant-based meals you can whip up in no time.

That’s why today I’m sharing 10 recipes I think are the foundational meals you should learn when experimenting with plant-based cooking. Learn the basics of these meals and then get creative with endless variations!
